Schedule Your InspectionAs your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With experience as a construction foreman and an apprentice electrician, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.
We have some great news we are excited to share! Please welcome our newest Inspector Cat Schroeder to our team!
After working in the medical field, Cat made the transition into home inspection to have more autonomy, better quality of life, and continue to help and connect with people. “I want to help people have peace of mind during one of the biggest decisions and chapters in life. We can all make differences every day-big and small-to positively impact those around us through connection and empathy,” she says.
Cat passed the nationally acclaimed AHIT home inspector certification, completing 120 hours of course work and 3 months of apprentice training with Copeland Home Inspections. We are thrilled to have her on the team and know you will love working with her!
We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.
We're also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and adhere to their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
We will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the property to give you a clear picture of exactly what it is you're buying. With that information at your fingertips, you'll be able to make an informed decision and avoid any nasty surprises in the future.
