Schedule Your Inspection
As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to arm you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With experience as a construction foreman and an apprentice electrician, I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.
Hi, I'm BJ McKellar!
I've worn a few hats over the years—law enforcement officer, entrepreneur, and now home inspector—but my favorite title of all is Dad to an incredible six-year-old little boy. When I'm not helping clients make informed decisions about their homes, I'm running Boro The Hatchet Axe Throwing, where I spend my time encouraging people to throw sharp objects… safely, of course. My law enforcement background taught me that the smallest details often matter the most, and that's the same mindset I bring to every inspection. My goal is simple: provide honest, thorough inspections while making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
BJ has completed the Georgia Certification for home inspectors and an apprenticeship with Copeland Home Inspections. We are proud to have him as part of our team.
We've been trained by some of the best inspectors in the country, and carry the AHIT certification. AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations. We're ready to put that experience and knowledge to work for you.
We're also a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and adhere to their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
We will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the property to give you a clear picture of exactly what it is you're buying. With that information at your fingertips, you'll be able to make an informed decision and avoid any nasty surprises in the future.
